Advancer Inbox Briefing
Your inbox, summarised before you open it
Advancer Inbox Briefing is an email assistant for busy people. Each weekday morning it reads the messages that arrived in your Gmail inbox over the last 24 hours and the events in your Google Calendar for that day, writes one short summary of what needs you, and emails that summary to you, so you start the day knowing what matters without digging through your inbox.
You can change what it focuses on, or disconnect and delete your data, at any time.
How it works
Connect your mailbox
Sign in once with Google Workspace or Gmail. You approve exactly what the app can see, and you can revoke it at any time.
We look at the last 24 hours
Each weekday morning the app reads the email that arrived since yesterday and the meetings in your calendar for that day. Nothing older, nothing else.
You get one email at 5:00 am
A single briefing lands in your own inbox before you start: what needs action, who is waiting on you, what is on today, and what is just worth knowing.
What a briefing looks like
Every briefing uses the same layout. Only the content changes, grouped into the sections that matter that morning.

Why Advancer Inbox Briefing needs access to your account
Producing the daily briefing is the only thing this app does, so it only requests the permissions that briefing needs. Each one below maps to a single step of it.
The permissions we ask for, and what each is for
- Read your Gmail messages — so the briefing can summarise what arrived. The app only ever requests the last 24 hours, and reads the sender, subject, time, whether you were a direct recipient or CC’d, and the start of the message text, so it can tell what is being asked of you.
- Read your Google Calendar — so the briefing can list the meetings you have that day.
- Send email as you — used solely to deliver your own briefing to your own inbox, so it arrives as a normal email rather than from a stranger’s address.
What it never does
- Read mail older than 24 hours, other folders, attachments, contacts, or files.
- Sell or share your data with data brokers, or use it for advertising.
- Use your mail or calendar to train AI models.
- Email anyone other than you.
